OUR MENU
The predominant cuisine is Italian with fresh pasta and exquisite sauces. The pizza dough undergoes a transformation with the double fermentation process, leaving it ready to be baked in the oven on the stone. The result is a crust that is fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Besides there are dishes from Catalan and Spanish cuisine. They can also enjoy wild fish and some meat.
We only use fresh, carefully selected and seasonal ingredients to make our dishes.
OUR HISTORY
The restaurant Pizzeria Bello was founded in 1981 in the centre of the town of Tossa de Mar. With great enthusiasm, Montserrat and Bello set up what was to be the first establishment of Italian cuisine to make pizzas. She had experience in the tourist sector, as she had been helping her parents in their hotel since she was very young. The pizzeria was located in the centre of the village, but in 1984 it was moved to the seafront with incredible views of the Old Town and the impressive bay of Tossa.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is very friendly and warm, with a friendly and attentive service. Up to four generations of families visit us to eat our specialities.
It is always best to call for reservations, and it is ideal for couples in a romantic atmosphere.
